Stayed at the Hyatt in Biloxi during Cruisin’ the Coast — the location was perfect and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Breakfast was also top-notch, truly 5-star quality.
The breakfast bar is very good. Rooms are spacious. The staff was good, we did miss Imani from our earlier visits she was always very friendly and helpful.
Very nice hotel, with fantastic customer service! The hot breakfast had lots of options and changed daily, which was nice for a week stay. Staff always helped with what you needed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities in the room were convenient. The pool was fun and clean, and it's always nice to swim in a salt water pool compared to the harsh chlorine pools. There isn't a microwave in the room unless you ask, and the fridge isn't cold enough to keep things fresh and safe to eat. When looking to book the hotel, it looks like it is on the beach, but you will need to cross a very busy road if you decide to walk to the beach.
I wanted to share my experience to let others know I believe they will have an overall positive experience as well. The Desk clerks were friendly and super helpful. Ms. Charolette the Breakfast attendant was amazing. The breakfast bar and area was clean, set up was easy, accessible and accommodating. Ms. Charolette had a good morning and smile for every guest that attended breakfast. Her supervisor, staff, and everyone who works at the hotel made the stay a pleasant experience. This will be my hotel I look forward to when I come to Biloxi!!! I hope that whoever sees this review and chooses to stay at the Hyatt has an Amazing experience as I have Latasha

Stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and I have to say this is the destination spot! The location is perfect, right across from the beach, making it super convenient and relaxing. I especially want to give a shoutout to Cheyanne at the front desk. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out during our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and great customer service like that makes all the difference. She’s amazing!!! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Biloxi!
This place is very dog friendly and to be so dog friendly, it's very clean! The staff is so awesome and helpful! Everyone we've run into has been nothing but nice! They have a little eatery and bar downstairs and the continental breakfast(possibly free on weekdays). They also have some snacks and sodas you can purchase. Prices for all of those things are average for a hotel. The price for the hotel itself was excellent. You can leave your pup unattended if you want to go get dinner or go to casino. They give you a door hanger saying that you're gone but the pup is in the room. Will definitely stay here again!
very good staff. Amber and deb were wonderful. they were nice and welcoming and allowed kids to take food for our 6 am departure. their smiles and good attitude made our day.
